1. Services
Shizi Softwares provides software development, IT consulting, and digital transformation services. Detailed scope of work is defined in individual project contracts or Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Payment Terms
We believe in transparent pricing. Our standard payment models are:
- Milestone Based: Payments are due upon completion of specific project phases.
- Retainers: Monthly fees for dedicated resources, payable in advance.
- Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, Shizi Softwares transfers all intellectual property rights for the custom code and deliverables created specifically for the Client. We retain rights to our pre-existing libraries and tools.
4. Termination
- For Convenience: Ongoing retainers require a 30-day written notice for cancellation.
- Effect of Termination: Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
5. Limitation of Liability
Shizi Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid by the Client to us in the preceding 6 months.
