If you need it, we will do four full restores of your website every month? If you need more restorations, the time will be taken from the time you have allocated on your regular support plan. If you do not have time available, we can quote you overtime.

We are constantly monitoring your website for malware and hacking attacks. If we find that your website has been compromised and has a malware problem; our specialists will work to clean up the site and restore it to a pre-attack state.

We will check for compatibility, and update your plugins as and when new releases become available. Please Note: We won’t perform upgrades until we have ascertained that the update will work fine with your website and other plugins in place.

As long as your WordPress theme has a child theme in place, we will upgrade your theme as part of your package as and when new releases are provided.

Unlimited website edits to carry out tasks which are not included for within the support package. This can include things like uploading content, adding images, adding or changing menu items, pages and posts etc. Things that are not included are graphic design/editing, custom coding (adding or updating), creation of written or video content etc.

We will design and update graphic banners of website once in a month.

This Support Package provides 16 hour support.

We log all details of changes or additions etc. that our WordPress Specialists complete. This means our team and you have a complete history of changes, additions and all work that has been completed for you as long as you remain a customer of WP Support Specialists.
